I am making great progress on Totality.

The piece will be about the US eclipse we had last August. (And one of the most incredible spectacles I’ve witnessed)

Totality will narrate the story of how our ancestors interpreted a total solar eclipse and how we perceive it today.

Although procrastination got the best of me this week, I did put a couple of hours to reach the 2 minute mark.

I estimate Totality to be around 4 minutes when completed.

Totality will also include a comic strip (like Medieval Warrior and Epic Angel) and will complete the set of pieces with comic strip–at least for now.

The 3 pieces will be for sale individually and as a bundle.

Epic Angel Grade 1
Medieval Warrior Grade 2,
Totality Grade 3

My book on bow technique is also moving forward. Slowly, but steadily.

I’m designing it for my students; with their struggles in mind.

The book will be published through Amazon self-publishing platform and also as a PDF document on the website.

And on the arranging side, I want to start working on The Ludlows from the movie Legend of the Falls, by James Horner.

Of course, when I do, you’ll get it right away.

Alongside, I am learning the Barber Violin Concerto, which I just finished working on the basic sound for the whole 1st movement.

That’s about all the projects I can handle with a toddler at home and little sleep.

My goal is to finish most of these projects before Christmas. I’ll try!

If you enjoyed my arrangements so far, you can buy me a cup of coffee to help me stay awake and arranging some more.

You can also consider buying my original titles.

Have a magical week full of string orchestra music!
